I'm sitting on an airplane heading home to Los Angeles, then San Francisco from Fort Lauderdale where I was shooting with Rubberdoll and Priapus last weekend. It just occurred to me that I haven't posted a blog in awhile. I actually started writing a good one in December (it was a fun and busy month) but then my grandma died a week before Christmas and I was too sad to be bothered for a little while. So, now that I've made it through her passing, the holidaze and my birthday and am out of my funk, let me fill you in on my recent adventures.
OK, so I think that I left off mid-December. My longtime good friend Satine Phoenix arrived from Australia and came to stay with me for about a week. She arrived just in time to crash on the couch as I had a shoot beginning downstairs...
After my first shoot with Christine Kessler and Gwen of RubberDynasty.com I got to shoot with Christine again, only this time with my friends Patrick Andraste (super photorapher and kinky male fetish model) and Jade Indica. Christine shot photos and Nathan (aka "Smutty") shot video. I'd met Jade at FetishCon last August, only I'd never seen her face because she was a hooded rubberslut that Patrick let me molest a little with an inflatable dildo. So it was great to actually meet her face to face! That day we shot a really intense CBT scene with Patrick strapped to a metal bondage chair and Jade showing me the ropes of CBT. Patrick was a trooper and Jade was an excellent naughty teacher.

Thank you Isabella for such a FUN party!
Christmas was good. I spent it with my dad, sister, stepmom and her family. It was the first Christmas in 7 years that I've spent with them, the result of my past addiction problems. Gifts were nice, but the greatest gift I've received this year is the gift of having my family back. My mom spent the holidays with her family back east, I wish I could have been with her as well to support her more through her mother's death.
December 28th was the West Coast Fetish Ball brought to us by the people of the Bondage Ball, and sponsored by JT's Stockroom and Syren. Syren presented a fashion show which I was a part of. If I do say so myself, we were all fabulous and the show was a smash!
I had a low key New Years. I didn't really feel like doing much, and for some reason there was a shortage of things to do, so my interest and what was available was kind of in line anyways.
The day before my birthday I shot for FetishNation.com again, this time with both Eden Wells and Mz Berlin. Berlin was ruthless the first time I shot with her, so she decided to be a little kinder this time and treat me to my first fucking machine experience- I'll make sure to let you know when they post the pictures and videos of that!
January 7th was my birthday. My birthday is always a little bizarre to me in that any other day of the year I have no problem getting people to celebrate anything and everything with me but when it comes time to celebrate my birthday, I have problems getting people to actually show up. This year was no exception. About and hour before my birthday dinner, I started receiving an onslaught of texts and voicemails from people who had confirmed that they would be there, giving me a myriad of different reasons they wouldn't be able to make it after all. Typical, actually. I have theories as to why this always happens, but the one that seems most feasible is that it really has nothing to do with me, or how they feel about me, but it's just a difficult time of year to get people to show up- they're broke and worn out from the holidays, still hungover from New Years, trying to stick to New Year's Resolutions, etc, etc. So instead of focusing on the people who jumped ship last minute, I'd rather tell you about the wonderful friends who did make my birthday special! I got to spend my birthday with the beautiful Mina Meow , the fabulous Mz Berlin , the uber talented Jody Cortes , the lady killer David Chen and his hilarious and hot date, my new neighbor David, and the very handsome Smutty. We had dinner at Parc in Hollywood and I think everyone agreed the food was delicious. Have you ever seen Mina Meow eat ribs? It's pretty funny. Thanks guys for making me feel loved on my birthday!
A few days after my birthday I headed on out to Vegas, where I was scheduled to perform in Syren's fashion shows at the afterparties of the AVN's and the InterNext. Basically, I'll leave it at "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" and show you a few pics to appease your curiosity.
I came home from Vegas tired, but happy, stayed home for a day to shoot with Addicted Image, comprised of the yummy Mischa and her talented boyfriend/photographer Conan. I'll have pics of that up on my website soon, promise!
The next day I headed to see my old friends in San Francisco where I used to live. I love living in LA, but I really miss the long established good friends I have in SF. Thankfully, they don't seem to be forgetting me, and always welcome me back with open arms.
I came home to La-La land to unpock, do laundry and repack again over two days before heading to Fort Lauderdale (where I also lived for awhile) to stay with my really good friend Laramy (who is an amazing hair stylist- if you're ever in Fort Lauderdale and need a haircut, ask me and I'll send you his way!) and to shoot with Priapus (photographer) one day and to shoot with RubberDoll for two days over the weekend. I think I did some really good work over the week, and can't wait to see how everything came out!
I think the best part of my trip to FL was Friday night though. Laramy and I decided to go to The Boardwalk, a gay male bikini bar. Upon entering, they made me pay TWICE the admittance fee they charge men, and sign a funny little document stating that I understood that The Boardwalk was an ALL GAY MALE BAR for men by men, and that I wouldn't touch any of the men nor allow them to touch me. OK..
But then I walked into the bar and got bombarded by the male strippers. Laramy and I were overwhelmed!
